Terms & Conditions – Current vaccination certificates are required for all dogs and cats boarded on these premises.
For dogs this must include kennel cough which must be given 14 days before entry to the kennels.
Payment is required when the animal(s) are left at the kennels/cattery.
We accept bank transfers, cash or card payments.
We charge by the day including day of arrival and day of departure.
At busy times of year we ask for a non-refundable deposit in advance to secure a booking.

Tiptree Pet Hotel reserve the right to refuse any dogs or cats that are showing signs of stress, excessive nervousness or aggression.

If a dog or cat become aggressive whilst in our care the owners will be asked to collect their pet with immediate effect.  If payment has already been made no refund will be issued . If payment has not been paid then the full amount will be due on collection .

Any dog that is not settled and barks excessively throughout the day and or night the owners will be asked to collect their pet with immediate effect.  If payment has already been made no refund will be issued . If payment has not been paid then the full amount will be due on collection .  If the owners do not make contact with us to arrange for their dogs to be collected we reserve the right to charge double the total cost for each dog per each day they are not collected . This will be added to the total bill .

Advertised prices include food, heating and insurance.
Where owners bring pets’ own food no discount will be given for this.
